Indiana Main Street in partnership with Main Street America met with Noblesville Main Street staff, board, partners and stakeholders as a part of their overall downtown strategic planning.
Noblesville Main Street distributed a community-wide survey ahead of the visit, which was reviewed with staff and board members. Onsite interviews were conducted with staff, board, committee members, city leadership and elected officials, as well as property and business owners. The purpose of the onsite interviews was to gather input to understand current perceptions of, as well as future vision for the district.

Main Street America and ESRI partnered to provide data about the City of Noblesville and Hamilton County. Key pieces of the report include; Demographic and Income Comparison Profile, Retail Demand Outlook, Retail Goods and Services Expenditures and a Tapestry Segmentation Area Profile.
In addition to current information, this report looks forward years into the future with projections based on current trends in the area.
